Part two of Blackton's "The Life of Napoleon": The marriage with Josephine; taking over of the army in Italy in March 1796; his divorce from Josephine and subsequent marriage to Marie-Louise of Austria; the birth of his son, and finally, his departure from the old guard at Fontainebleau. The films ends with the exiled Napoleon overlooking the beach of St. Helena.
