Noah Beery Jr. stars as Bud "Iron Man" Mason, a talented but rather dimwitted prizefighter. Against the advice of his crusty old manager George Regan (William Gargan), Mason dumps his ever-loving girlfriend Judy Williams (Nan Grey) in favor of sexy blonde chorine Rose Whitney (Dorothea Kent in a rare unsympathetic role).
