Luis Alfonso Dávila, 76
Army Colonel. Last military post was as Head of the Air Army Brigade in La Carlota Air Force Military Camp located in Caracas. As Lieutenant Colonel he was the Commander of Bravos de Apure Battalion located in the southwestern state of Apure where Captain Hugo Chavez Frias was commanding one of the battalion’s companies. He suported Hugo Chavez in 1998 Presidential Elections.
