Sri Krishna Rai Hridyesh,
Born to Smt.Navabi devi and Shri Vishwanath Sharma Gautam Gotra was a eminent Gandhian and was imprisoned many a times during the freedom struggle.His Place of residence was Nakhas Gazipur. He was the elder brother of late Pandit Surya deo sharma who was a Hindu leader and follower of Vir Savarkar. A library is set up in his memory and the road is Named on him Known as Hirdayesh Path in Gazipur. He is survived by two sons and two daughters one of them is Active social worker and women rights reformer-Girija Rai.
