Daniel Sferra,
Daniel Sferra is a current Warren city Council-at-Large and is the former mayor of Warren Ohio from 1980-1995 the longest running mayor in Warren's history. He also is the youngest mayor to be elected in the city. He was 30 years old when elected for the first time in 1980.
